Sports enthusiasts will be excited about the many golf courses, the Civic Center and the Xplorers hockey team, as well as the close proximity to the AutoZone Park in downtown Memphis where the Redbirds make their home. I almost forgot to mention that the Dizzy Dean Baseball World Series is held in Southaven each year.

Many private and Christian schools are also available. Sacred Heart Schools is based in Walls with a new school in Southaven. Northwest Community College is right here with the University of Memphis just a few minutes north and Ole Miss and Mississippi State to the south.
